We loved everything about the hotel: the food and rooms. Dine at le delizie del subasio, which is located within 100 feet from the property. A good base for exploring Assisi.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel has a lot going for it. it's located right in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of the Basilica and surrounded by charming stone streets. The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking, providing a true taste of Italy. Secondly, the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist and engage in conversation, making us feel welcome. Lastly, the breakfast offered a nice variety for different diets and was served with a lovely view. It was a great way to start the day on a high note.
Our stay was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults.

The hotel provided the perfect escape for a romantic weekend. The rooms offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area, and the location was ideal for exploring the charming town. the hotel provided free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a major plus.
The hotel lacked certain modern amenities, such as an updated elevator system and spacious rooms. The decor was dated, and the rooms were on the smaller side.

We liked the location as it was close to the Basilica and there were a couple of nice bars close by.
Breakfast was a bit sparse.

the location is fine for access to the underground car park adjacent to the coach staion and also for the short walk up to the Basilica of St.Francesco.From there town streets are nearby leading right through assisi. The bathroom was clean and adequate.there is a coffee bar in the reception area.Staff did recommend great restaurant in town.
The reception area belied the internal quality of the hotel, surly uncommunicative porter, darked scuffed corridor with cheap quality carpet leading to room 257, with laminate room furniture requiring repainting.Probably the hardest, most uncomfortable bed ever encountered. Is it too much to ask for a folder with hotel facilties and local attractions to be in the room as usually found in 99.9% of other hotels. The view from front facing rooms directly overlook a large coach staion and public car park..if you rise your eyes above this vista it does give expansive views out over the valley.Rear room would get a view of the narrow road rising to the Basilica.Breakfast served in a canteen with the the atmosphere of the moon..generally uninspiring

Após ter torcido meu tornozelo, houveram 2 funcionários que foram atenciosos, enquanto as gerentes foram muito arrogantes.
First, I was disappointed with the room because I bought a double superior, with lcd tv, and put me in fourth super simple and uncomfortable, with a tv 14", lower than booked. When I asked if that room was over, I received response that all the hotel rooms were at that level, roughly and left me embarrassed in front of other people. Moreover, there was a ladder in the hallway of the rooms, no handrails, where I fell and sprained my ankle. This Hotel sucks.

We loved the hotel's central location just outside the old wall, near the shuttle bus stop from the train station, and with easy parking arrangements. The room was incredibly clean and had excellent hotel facilities. The breakfast on the big balcony had a beautiful view, and the staff was very welcoming.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel is located within the walls of an ancient monastery, and offers breathtaking views of Umbria from the rooms. the hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to the main tourist sites and the town center, allowing easy access to gelato places and specialty food stores. the hotel is well-equipped with adequate facilities and services such as a coffee/tea bar. the staff is friendly and pleasant, providing a cultural experience each time by conversing with visitors, giving and receiving keys, and assisting with queries.
The elevator is old, tiny, and slow.
